Mactar Diagne began his electrical career in New York City in 2009. After earning his certification, he went on to work with leading energy and electrical companies, including PowerSecure (A Southern Company.)

His experience spans complex electrical projects across the country, including work for U.S. Navy bases, the City of Santa Clara, California, New York and New Jersey school systems, and commercial projects throughout the Southeast.

Mactar specializes in energy consulting, electrical systems, and lighting, bringing extensive field experience and technical expertise to Supreme Energy Management.

Papa Thioye began his career in the lighting industry in 2001 and brings more than 25 years of experience to Supreme Energy Management. Throughout his career, he has worked with companies including EmberCore, Synergy, and Lime Energy.

With deep expertise across commercial lighting systems, Papa helps clients navigate projects from planning and product selection through implementation and long-term performance.

He specializes in lighting solutions, system upgrades, and energy-efficient technologies.

Zeina Cisse brings more than 15 years of corporate experience in financial services, with a background spanning financial sales consulting, marketing, relationship management, and treasury management services.

Prior to joining Supreme Energy Management, Zeina served as Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at U.S. Bank, where she worked with government and federal clients including the U.S. Postal Service, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, and Federal Reserve Banks.

At Supreme Energy Management, Zeina brings that experience to operations, sales, client relationships, and strategic growth.
